We at AmazingBikeRack.com do our best to complete your order correctly
and undamaged. If we made a mistake, (ie: sent the wrong item or color or
even had a missing item) please do the following: Contact us and tell us what
happened and we will give you a Return Authorization number. Then we will
give you instructions on how to return the product. Upon receipt we will
remedy the problem and reship your order.
AmazingBikeRack.com will refund most items if returned with the original box,
packaging, manuals, and accessories within 21 days of purchase, less a
15% restocking fee. In the case that AmazingBikeRack.com was at fault (as
mentioned above) then the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds may only
be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the
original purchasing credit card.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and the
merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging,
manuals, and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will
be deducted from the credit amount for a return.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the
original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured,
and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original
purchaser unless AmazingBikeRack.com was at fault. Closeout items are
non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
